Quick troubleshooting

  • Make sure Chrome and IGDrop are up to date.
  • Reload the Instagram tab after installing or updating IGDrop.
  • Confirm the media is visible and accessible in your current Instagram session.
  • If a specific Reel or Story cannot be resolved, open it directly and try the IGDrop action again.
  • If the problem continues, send the exact context and screenshot to support.
